Project scope, pricing, timelines and deliverables will be outlined in a written quotation, proposal or service agreement before work begins.
Any additional work requested outside the agreed scope may require a revised quotation or additional fees.
5. Client Responsibilities
To help us deliver your project successfully, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Supply requested content, images and branding assets on time.
- Review and approve project milestones promptly.
- Maintain legal rights to any content provided to us.
- Ensure all information supplied is accurate and lawful.
Delays in providing required information may affect project timelines.
6. Payments
Payment terms will be specified in your quotation or service agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Deposits may be required before work begins.
- Final payment is due before project handover unless otherwise agreed.
- Monthly services are billed according to the agreed schedule.
- Late payments may result in service suspension or additional charges where permitted by law.
7. Website Content
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use all text, images, videos, trademarks and other materials provided for their website or marketing campaigns.
Signal Growth Partners is not responsible for copyright infringement resulting from client-supplied content.
8. Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
SEO is an ongoing process influenced by search engine algorithms, competition and market conditions.
While we apply recognised best practices and work to improve your website’s visibility, we cannot guarantee:
- First-page rankings
- Specific keyword positions
- Traffic increases
- Sales or revenue outcomes
Search engine performance depends on many factors outside our control.
9. Google Ads & Paid Advertising
Advertising platforms such as Google and Meta determine ad approvals, costs and campaign performance.
Although we optimise campaigns using industry best practices, we cannot guarantee:
- Ad approval
- Specific click-through rates
- Conversion volumes
- Return on advertising spend
Advertising budgets are separate from our management fees unless stated otherwise.
10. Website Hosting & Third-Party Services
Where third-party services are used, including hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways or software platforms, their respective terms and policies also apply.
Signal Growth Partners is not liable for interruptions or issues caused by third-party providers beyond our reasonable control.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- All custom work remains the property of Signal Growth Partners until full payment has been received.
- Upon final payment, ownership of approved website content and custom design work transfers to the client, excluding third-party software, licensed assets and proprietary tools.
- We reserve the right to display completed projects within our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
12. Website Maintenance
Maintenance services are provided according to the selected support plan.
Maintenance does not include major redesigns, additional functionality or content creation unless specifically included within your agreement.
13. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of our clients.
Any confidential information shared during the course of a project will be handled responsibly and will not be disclosed except where required by law or with your permission.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Signal Growth Partners shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of profits
- Loss of business opportunities
- Data loss
- Service interruptions caused by third-party providers
- Search engine algorithm updates
- Platform policy changes
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Signal Growth Partners harmless against claims, losses, damages or legal expenses arising from:
- Client-supplied content
- Intellectual property infringement
- Unlawful use of our services
- Breach of these Terms
16. Cancellation
Either party may terminate ongoing services by providing written notice in accordance with the applicable service agreement.
Outstanding invoices remain payable upon termination.
Completed work already delivered is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information.
